Raw Brownie Bars

Happy Thursday!



Short and sweet for you this Thursday- I made a little recipe a while back and was so delicious!! Although I’m known as Raw Blondie and you can find that recipe here, I whipped up some Raw Brownies!!




Raw Brownie Bars



Ingredients

10 Justin’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups

¼ cup of Hu Kitchen chocolate covered almonds

¼ cup of tahini

10 pitted dates

1 cup of gluten free oats

½ cup of cashews

⅓ cup melted coconut oil

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 bag of Enjoy Life chocolate chips


Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor, besides the chocolate chips, and blend. Blend longer for finer texture or shorter for more crunch. Once consistency is sticky and gooey, place into a 9x9 baking dish and pat down evenly with either a spoon, measuring cup or spatula. Set in the fridge while you melt the chocolate chips.



Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe, medium-sized bowl. Place in microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval. Once completely melted through, take out your baking dish from the fridge (doesn’t have to be completely cold) and pour your chocolate on top and spread evenly. Place in the fridge (or outside if it’s cold) and let sit for at least an hour.




Cut up to the desired size and enjoy!
