Holiday Nut Butters You Can Make At Home!
Updated: Apr 21, 2020
Happy Friday!
This post is pretty short and sweet as I’ve been running around like crazy lately and enjoying time with friends and family! Yesterday, I went for a run with my parents and then went out to eat and drink with a few friends. Sometimes it’s good for the soul.
Earlier this week I created five different nut butter recipes perfect for fall! Great for a snack to put on bread, apple, banana, or just eat it with a spoon. I’m OBSESSED with nut butter- specifically almond butter. And peanut butter. And cashew butter. I could eat an entire jar. So why not make five jars of five different nut butters? Either way- you have enough options to make everyone happy during the holidays!

Traditional Almond Butter- With A Holiday Twist!
Ingredients
3 cups almonds
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
drizzle of honey (optional)
Pecan Paradise Nut Butter
Ingredients
3 cups of pecans
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
2 pitted dates
Holiday Hazelnut Butter
Ingredients
3 cups of hazelnuts
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 pitted date
Perfect Pumpkin Seed Butter
Ingredients
3 cups pumpkin seeds
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
drizzle of honey (optional)
2 pitted dates
Walnut Wonder Nut Butter
Ingredients
3 cups of walnuts
½ tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
splash of maple syrup (optional)
Directions
For all of your nut butter blends, add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined. Add water for a runnier consistency and at your desired consistency. Taste periodically and add in your desired sweetness of either dates, maple syrup or honey. You can substitute spices as well!
Pour into a mason jar and enjoy! Store in your pantry or fridge depending on your consistency preferences.
XO,
