Gluten- Free + Dairy- Free Monster Energy Balls

Hey everyone!!


Today I’ve got an easy recipe for you to make at home! You probably already have a bunch of this stuff in your pantry and all you need is a food processor!


This recipe will make you feel cozy and comforted- chocolate, peanut butter, oats- it’s sure to be the perfect recipe when you want all three but only need a snack!


PLUS a sneaky sneak ingredient- MACA!! Maca is a great energy booster, it aids in balancing your hormones, it supports healthy brain function, memory and endurance, and reduces anxiety and stress. These are also completely 100% gluten free and dairy free.






Monster Energy Balls


Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1 cup gluten free oats

1 tbsp maca powder

¼ cup tahini

¼ cup coconut oil

½- 1 cup creamy peanut butter

6 pitted dates

Drizzle of honey (optional)

½ cup dairy free chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)




Directions:

Place all ingredients besides chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl and combine with a spatula (or you can use a food processor). Once ingredients are well combined, add in chocolate chips. Combine together. Take a baking sheet and some parchment paper. Roll mixture into balls to desired size. Place in the freezer for at least thirty minutes to set! Keep stored in the freezer.
