Christmas Wishlist: Focusing on Health and Wellness
Updated: Apr 21
Time to bundle up, sit by the fire, and drink your hot coco!
So this year my wish list looks a little different. I really want to focus on health and wellness and feeling better again. I wanted to take you through some of the things on my wish list that may be beneficial for you! (In no particular order)
I’ve heard amazing things about this brand, HelloNed. They have a full line of hormone balancing and period easing oils and rubs! Starting off with something simple, I asked for their body butter!
These cups are SO CUTE, and I heard about them through Sarahs Day. I really want to get into the habit of bringing my own cup to the coffee shop and use it when I’m traveling. When you have a cup as cute as this, how could you not?
Okay so we know by now I’m obsessed with coffee and lattes and matcha lattes. I really want to start making my own lattes so I’m not spending $500 a week on Starbucks almond milk lattes with 10 extra shots. (Still love them tho). Plus milk frother would be perfect for the night cap turmeric latte.
So you’re probably thinking, why doesn’t she have one already? I know, I’m late to hop on the bandwagon. With all the essential oils I have, I really need one!
We have an amazing sauna bar (?) pretty close to me that offers infrared sauna treatments, wellness pods, Theralight 360, Poly Pro Light Therapy, local Cryotherapy, and Bemer Therapy. I haven’t had a chance to try them all, but hoping a few sessions could be gifted!
Because who doesn’t want a cleanse after the holidays?
Because who doesn't also want chocolate during and after the holidays?
This book is beautifully written by someone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and gives you an inside look into eating disorder recovery. The book just released yesterday, and I already know it’s going to be amazing.
I need a little more brightness in my day. But seriously, I have their original brightening eye balm and it has been life-changing and soothes my under eyes so much. Everyone needs this in their life.
I love the gift of activities/things to do rather than presents, especially if I can do them with someone.
There ya have it! I want my wish list to represent all parts of me and receive gifts I can actually use daily and more than just once (unless you're counting the chocolate). Just the same as I would want to do for others! I love gifting people with items or activities that serves them a purpose and puts a smile on their face. But nothing beats spending time with family :)
